Rehabilitation is an important component in the recovery of most spine, muscle or joint injuries. At Sydney Spine & Sports Centre (S3C) our chiropractors aim to start rehabilitation exercises early in your injury recovery. We use a variety of rehabilitation exercises to achieve a number of goals, which may include:

Doing rehabilitation exercises can take time and become repetitive (boring), particularly for people who are time-poor. To combat this, our chiropractors give you the best exercises to achieve the goal. At times, this will be a single exercise. We don’t give you thousands of exercises or blanket exercise sheets simply because we can and it is easy to print off. Every exercise we give has a purpose and a role in your recovery.
