Mid-back stiffness is a common complaint. Mid-back stiffness can be caused by a variety of things from sitting too much, too little movement (lounging all day etc.), too much movement (sports etc.) and a huge variety of conditions. Most are benign and mechanical, others are more serious. <\/p>\n
