To get started, we need a few details from you. We recommend you arrive 10 \u2013 15 minutes before your scheduled consultation to complete our new patient forms. You can also complete these forms<\/a> online before your consultation and we will receive them. <\/p>\n Please also bring any scans or reports to your consultation as this may help your chiropractor determine the right treatment for you.<\/p>\n History<\/b><\/p>\n To understand your pain and give you the best treatment, we will ask you questions about your medical history, symptoms of your pain and any important events leading up to your injury.<\/p>\n Examination<\/b><\/p>\n With care and consideration, we will perform a thorough examination.
