Groin strain<\/h1>\n

A groin strain involves pulling or tearing the muscles of your groin and thigh and are usually related to activities such as sports and athletic events. Groin strains can occur from a one-off injury or ongoing repetitive stress over a given period of time.<\/p>\n

Causes<\/b><\/p>\n

The groin has five adductor muscles:<\/p>\n

  2. Adductor brevis<\/li>\n
  3. Adductor longus<\/li>\n
  4. Gracilis<\/li>\n
  5. Adductor magnus<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
