The neck explained
The neck, also known as cervical spine, is made up of nerves, bones, joints and muscles controlled by the brain and directed by the spinal cord. It is designed for strength, nerve communication and stability. Within your neck, the bones, muscles and ligaments support your head and allow for motion. While cervical discs absorb shock between the bones.
