In this video, we show a tricep exercise. The triceps are a muscle group on the back of the arm that allows for extension of the elbow and shoulder. There are many injuries that can occur in the triceps such as tricep tendinopathy and tricep strains (tears).
The number of sets and reps of this exercise that are best completed will depend on your goal. It’s best to speak to your physiotherapist or sports chiropractor on how best to adapt this exercise to your specific needs.
